Open clients’ files and follow-up Import & Export

Process a confirmed order; follow up with agent and update customer

Airline booking

Issuance of airwaybill

Prealert to agent and airline booking

Supervise delivery of dangerous goods,Landing shipping and Live Animals  to cargo shed and Ground 2 Air 

Deconsolidate cargo manifest via MACCS & Interface

Solution-oriented approach and Result oriented

Prepare Cost Sheet and allocate costs for consolidation

Prepare the Notice of Arrival, the Delivery Order and Invoice

Prepare and follow-up any insurance claims

Approve invoices from subcontractors
