Open clients’ files and follow-up Import & Export

Process a confirmed order; follow up with agent and update customer

Airline booking
Issuance of airwaybill

Solution-oriented approach and Result oriented                    

Prealert to agent

Supervise delivery of DG,Landing shipping and Live Animals  to cargo shed and Ground 2 Air 

Update the system for a proper follow-up

Deconsolidate cargo manifest via MACCS & Interface

Prepare Cost Sheet and allocate costs for consolidation 

Prepare the Notice of Arrival, the Delivery Order and Invoices 

Prepare and follow-up any insurance claims

Ability to work in a team and under pressure

Meticulous and rigorous in the follow-up of files

 Approve invoices from subcontractors
