Your Role
As aΒ Front Desk and Sales Agent, you will be a key ambassador for RM Club. Your mission is to ensure a warm welcome, provide outstanding customer service, manage bookings and inquiries, and contribute actively to membership and product sales.
Key Responsibilities
πΒ Customer Service & Front Desk Operations
- Greet all members and guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Handle phone and email inquiries and direct them appropriately
- Manage bookings, class sign-ups, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
- Monitor visitor entries and exits for safety and security
- Share accurate information on club services and current offers
- Handle complaints and feedback with empathy and efficiency

Β Reservations & Coordination
- Manage reservations for classes, events, and services
- Support members with the club's booking application
- Track cancellations, changes, and member preferences
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
πΒ Sales & Client Engagement
- Present and sell club memberships and additional services
- Update and maintain accurate client records (via Heitz or CRM tools)
- Follow up with leads and prospects via calls and emails
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Promote Kids Club activities and manage child registrations
- Promote and sell boutique products (sportswear, accessories, etc.)
- Follow up on quotes, contracts, and payments in collaboration with the finance team
πΒ Administrative Tasks
- Record new member details, payments, and transactions
- Keep member files up to date while ensuring confidentiality
- Prepare and manage documentation related to clients and prospects
π³Β Debtor Follow-up
- Monitor overdue accounts and send the first reminder within 5 days
- Conduct a second follow-up after 15 days if needed
- Propose amicable solutions if payment remains outstanding
- Send a final notice after 6 weeks, warning of legal escalation
- Close accounts and transfer unresolved cases to the legal department
π€Β Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with reception, boutique, restaurant, kids club, and admin teams
- Report customer feedback to the management team
- Contribute to the development of new commercial offers and member initiatives
Profile & Skills
- Previous experience in a similar front desk, customer service, or sales role
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using software tools and management systems (CRM / Heitz)
- Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
- A personal interest in fitness, wellness, or luxury services is a plus
