We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator - Proposal & Onboarding. The role is essential in ensuring accurate client data management, timely billing, and efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage ERP/CRM data entry and upkeep for all new clients and proposals.
- Issue invoices promptly based on the approved product catalogue and proposal terms.
- Monitor accounts receivable, track payments, and follow up with clients as required.
- Maintain trackers for proposals, onboarding stages, and client acceptance status.
- Support collation, organization, and secure archiving of client documents.
- Assist with population, migration, and standardization of data into the new CRM system.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field - preferred, but not mandatory.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in billing, administration, or corporate services.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
