Our client, a management company, is currently seeking to recruit an Administrator who will report to the Team Leader, Manager and Director.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Incorporation of companies (liaising with notary, authorities and bank, corporate and KYC documentation, creation of administrative records).
  • Handle administrative tasks (e.g filing of financial reports with regulators, filing of documents with the authorities and bank).
  • Handling day to day operations of the companies and responding to clients’ request in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all companies’ records and statutory registers are properly maintained.
  • Assisting manager in the preparation of invoices to the clients and follow up on their payments.
  • Monitor daily task lists and ensure tasks are cleared on a timely basis.
  • Preparation of board packs ahead of the meeting including notices and proxies, assisting with the preparation of shareholder’s meetings and drafting of resolutions and minutes.
  • Provide general team administration assistance as required.
  • Internal administration.
Profile:

  • Degree holder or any related field or ACCA/ICSA Level 3.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration of client companies.
  • Dynamic, committed and proactive.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Is committed, confident and results-oriented.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Can juggle between priorities efficiently to deliver within set deadlines.
