Our client in the insurance sector is recruiting an Administrative Support for the Individual Business Marketing Regional department
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and completeness of proposal forms.
- Proposal Processing: Handle the processing of proposals using the designated software.
- Follow-Up: Track acceptances and medical requests.
- Premium Processing: Process first premiums received via account transfer.
- Cash Transactions: Manage cash transactions with customers and issue receipts for the company.
- Bank Form Completion: Filling out direct debit or standing order forms.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer queries.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate and organised records, files and databases.
- Debtor Follow-Up: Contact customers to resolve outstanding payments and record repayment arrangements.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and procedures.
Profile
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the life insurance sector and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Be a team player.
