Job Objective: Assist the support officer in providing operational, administrative and relational support, in order to ensure efficient, structured, and performance-oriented support within the MLM network.
Responsibilities:
- Manage partner records and ensure partner data is regularly updated.
- Handle various support requests for partners via the France zone ticketing system.
- Update and monitor support dashboards for distribution networks, including tracking ongoing challenges.
- Participate in the setup and delivery of training programs for partners.
- Promote and support the use of digital tools and platforms made available to partners.
- Contribute to the updating and maintenance of website tools.
- Assist in the organization of events in Mauritius & the Indian Ocean region.
- Contribute to the creation of communication materials related to social media management and internal communications.
- Develop feedback forms as part of various ongoing projects.
- Manage training rooms and internal working environments.
- Record, prepare, and verify orders.
- Participate in the monthly inventory in accordance with company policy.
- Minimum qualification required.
- BA (Hons) degree is an advantage.
- Good command of office and IT tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English and French.
- Knowledge of social networks, digital media, and basic public relations concepts.
