Agrex Limited is currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Administrative Officer to join its team at Belle Terre.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Assist in the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management.
  • Effectively utilize CRM software for tracking and following up with customers.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, update price lists, and provide customers with accurate pricing information.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
  • Attend request of potential client by phone and emails as and when needed.
  • Attend to sales related meeting and follow up with administrative tasks that derives from the meeting.
  • Assist the sales team in conducting market price surveys.
  • Follow up on imports and logistics, including shipment tracking, customs clearance, liaising with freight forwarders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.Overview sales orders on the company’s ERP and coordinate with the finance and administration team for the issue of the sales invoices subsequently in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proper communication with the finance and administration department with respect to price lists, debtors’ management, issue of sales invoices and procurements.
  • Any administrative duties as and when required by management.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience.
  • Previous experience in administrative work, imports, or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Fully computer literate with ability to learn new software.
  • Proficient in English and French, written and spoken.
  • Able to work independently and/or in team in a dynamic work environment.
  • Able to effectively handle multiple priorities and organise workload.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
