Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel Skills as well as accounting knowledge

 

Job Designation – Administrative Officer (minimum 2 years experience)

 

Company – MEMG International Ltd and associate companies.  MEMG International Ltd is the holding company of a globally diversified healthcare and education conglomerate with business interests across Asia, the Middle East and North America

 

Roles and Responsibilities - Day to day activities will include:

 

  • Bookkeeping of records
  • Keeping all statutory compliances up to date
  • Submission of statutory returns to regulatory bodies
  • Liaising with management company, banks, auditors and other regulators
  • Administrative tasks
  • Ensure smooth running of operations

 

 

Other Requirements – The candidate should be able to work independently, handle pressure and co-ordinate with all stakeholders. Must display superior attention to detail; analytical skills; critical thinking skills; problem-solving skills; multi-tasking abilities; integrity, honesty and a good appetite to learn new things, with a positive mind set. Good oral and written communication skills are a must.

 

The candidate should be resident and have the ability to work in Mauritius.

 

Timing – Monday to Friday from 8.30 till 17.00 (should be available for any urgent one-off work over the weekend and be available during year end closure)
