DUTIES
- Office Management
- Assist the director in the day-to-day operation of the company
- Prepare pre-costing and final costings
- Responsible for customs clearance of shipments
- Data Entry on Quickbooks
- Assist the Accountant in the preparation of monthly VAT, Management Accounts and Financial Statements or any other ad hoc tasks
- Prepare and send weekly reports (sales, fuel, mileage) to the different departments of the company
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Petty cash Management
- Prepare invoices and ensure that they are sent to the clients in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least two years in a similar position
- Holder of a valid BSC degree
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to multitask and to prioritise work effectively
- Ability to work independently
