We are specialised in the sales of spare parts for heavy machinery and sale of heavy equipment

 

DUTIES
  • Office Management
  • Assist the director in the day-to-day operation of the company
  • Prepare pre-costing and final costings
  • Responsible for customs clearance of shipments
  • Data Entry on Quickbooks
  • Assist the Accountant in the preparation of monthly VAT, Management Accounts and Financial Statements or any other ad hoc tasks
  • Prepare and send weekly reports (sales, fuel, mileage) to the different departments of the company
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Petty cash Management
  • Prepare invoices and ensure that they are sent to the clients in a timely manner

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least two years in a similar position
  • Holder of a valid BSC degree
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Ability to multitask and to prioritise work effectively
  • Ability to work independently
