To assist and execute the administration duties for organizational planning and development and ensure that office equipment is maintained so that the overall work performance of the department is not affected at any point of time.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain various agreements, documents, forms and formats as per pre-defined formats (latest version).
- Ensure all contracts/permits are being renewed on time.
- Providing support to other departments and managers.
- Ensure clean office environment.
- Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines.
- Arrange essential mail in priority action order for superior.
- Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play.
- Do phone surveys/inquiries as needed.
- Routinely re-order department supplies.
- Update mail/phone directories.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum a Degree in the related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal (English and French).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
