We are looking for an organized, pro-active and analytical administrative coordinator, with great communication and problem-solving skills.

 

YOUR MAIN DUTIES:

  • Tackle administrative duties and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
  • Prepare reports when needed.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Manage petty cash.
  • Record expenses and payments received daily.
  • Updating and maintaining office policies as necessary.
  • Any other cognate duties.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Must have some years of experience in an administrative / accounts / office management role.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail.
