To provide Administrative support and other related tasks pertaining to the Maintenance Department.

 

  • To create purchase requisition and purchase orders.
  • Follow-up of purchases and invoicing.
  • To submit weekly and monthly Maintenance reports to the Factory Manager.
  • To despatch, collect and close job cards on Asset Management System.
  • To follow-up on Preventive Maintenance job cards.
  • Keep updated records of all sub contracting works.
  • Work under established Quality System in place and upkeep same.
  • Maintain an appropriate filing system for quick retrieval of information.
  • To monitor and document Production stoppages due to Maintenance intervention
  • To ensure that time attendance records are up to date (leaves, overtime)
