RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that all claims submitted are covered by the Suppliers’ warranty policy.
  • Ensure that warranty service orders are properly issued and documented.
  • Submit all warranty claims within the established time frame.
  • Proper monitoring and follow-up of claims submitted.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • School Certificate
  • 02 years’ experience in a similar position

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Pleasant personality
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills
