We are looking for a administrative assistant who will be trained to join our team while managing data entries, answering emails and phone calls and meeting our clients' demands while providing our best service.An on job training will be provided.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attending to queries/requirements as demanded by the Head
  • Managing all administrative-related works (emails/phone calls/follow up etc)
  • Liaison with our local stake holders
  • Basic accounting entries
  • Raising Invoices
  • Other related tasks

-Excellent attention to detail.

-Display adaptability and resiliency

-Effectively prioritize tasks.

-Good written and verbal communication (English & French)

-Ms Skills+Basic Accounting

-Good interpersonal skills.
