About
the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant
to support our Company Secretary in day-to-day operations. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for handling company secretarial filings, general
administrative duties, as well as managing communications via phone and email.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Assist with company secretarial duties, including preparation and
filing of statutory documents with the Registrar of Companies.
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls in a professional and
efficient manner.
- Monitor and respond to emails, ensuring timely and appropriate
communication.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files and records.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling
meetings, preparing documents, and data entry.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as
required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
- Familiarity with company secretarial procedures and filings is a
strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Location:
This position is based in Rivière Noire, and candidates must be able to
commute daily.
