To carry out all administrative duties. Attend phone calls from customers. Filing. liaison with contract managers and supervisors by attending to all queries. Notes of meetings. Preparing reports concerning operational issues. Monitoring of daily attendance for operators.

 

Posiiton: Admin Assistant

Description: We are looking for an Admin Assistant for Alpha Facilities Group Ltd to handle client on-boarding, sales reconciliation and other admin tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and success of Alpha Facilities Group Ltd
  • Filing & updating database
  • Answer customer queries and complaints
  • Be point of contact for Manager & Supervisors
  • Monitoring of attendance
  • Prepare report 
  • Assist in operational Issues.
Requirements:
  • HSC
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in oral and written english and french
