Our client is seeking to recruit an Administration Officer.
Responsibilities
To provide advice, support and counsel to students and encouragement accordingly;
To coordinate, develop and promote programmes and services aimed at enhancing the student experience;
To ensure the application of academic regulations and deadlines;
Coordinate the presentation of training sessions, find training rooms, ensure all necessary equipment and catering arrangements as well;
To manage and update the student database as per set policies;
To respond to information requests of management and students;
To carry out administrative and secretarial duties related to the department;
To act as staff liaison for all students experience initiatives, providing counsel and direction on the institution s policies and procedures.
