Job Overview:

You will have the skills and ability to demonstrate that you can:

  • Ensure the timely and accurate handling of internal tickets, showing attention to detail and prioritization.
  • Maintain and manage structured data sets for business operations, working with precision and confidentiality.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently, acting as a central point for administrative data-related tasks.
  • Operate with autonomy on routine tasks while collaborating closely with payroll, HR, and IT as needed to ensure seamless operations.


Your Role:

Provide accurate and efficient administrative support by managing internal tickets, maintaining essential data, and performing uploads/downloads from the payroll engine. You will support operational excellence with attention to detail and data security.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Distribute and assign tickets within the internal ticketing system
  2. Monitor ticket queues and escalate priority requests to relevant colleagues.
  3. Maintain and update internal databases with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
  4. Extract, download, and upload payroll-related data using the payroll engine in compliance with internal policies.
  5. Prepare basic reports and summaries from raw data for team leads or management.
  6. Ensure all records are stored securely and comply with data protection standards.
  7. Take initiative to identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements.

  • Proactive in learning about updates in systems, especially the ticketing platform and payroll engine.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong internal communication, especially for follow-ups and clarifications.
  • Works effectively in cross-functional teams and maintains professionalism in written and verbal communication.


Knowledge, Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Certificate in Business Administration, HR, or IT (advantageous)
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Written and spoken communication in English; German is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
