Our client in the advertising sector is seeking to recruit a talented Admin & Accounts Officer.

 

Responsibilities:

Administration Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the key point of contact between the organization and stakeholders.
  • Handle correspondence and phone calls efficiently.
  • Execute all administrative tasks effectively.
  • Take responsibility for employee wellness.
  • Address and respond to all employee queries promptly.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Manage other HR-related tasks as required.

Accounts Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Senior Accounts Officer with data entry tasks.
  • Update receivables' and payables' accounts regularly.
  • Participate in month-end account closing activities.
  • Maintain files and documentation meticulously, following Company Policy and accepted accounting practices.
Profile:

  • HSC/Degree in Accounting or ACCA Level 1.
  • At least 1 year experience in related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and Time Management skills.
  • Team-oriented work ethics.
  • Excellent communication and have an eye for detail.
