Accounting tasks in relation with restaurant activities and Commercial Centre. ONLY CANDIDATES RESIDING IN WEST / PLAINE WILHEMS REGIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
Job description :
- process daily revenues of restaurants and prepare bank lodgements
- daily cash & cheque deposit in the bank
- process all transaction in Quickbooks
- balance creditors' monthly statement of account & organise their payments
- follow up of debtors
- issue monthly Management accounts
- File VAT return
- Assist F&B Manager in monthly tasks (statistics, stock take, costing etc...)
- Assist Auditors in finalisation of the accounts
- Any other duties that may need assistance
