Our client is looking for a Head Cashier / accounts officer to work at Riche Terre

Working days and Hours

Monday to Friday – 8:15 – 17:00

Saturday 08:15 – 12:00

Reporting to the Finance manager and responsible of team supervision (2 persons)

Main Duties:

Oversee cash transactions, cash proceeds reconciliations, trade account receivables and other accounting duties per company policies.

Manage customer transactions with payments received

Ensure customer transactions are processed promptly and accurately

Genrate internal control related documents and accounts reports

Be responsible for the cashier’s office and supervise cashiers

Perform bank deposits according to established procedures

Ensure cashiers follow accounting policies, safety procedures and customer service standards

Identify and communicate any issue to management promptly

Profile:

HSC Holder with accounting and mathematics

Minimum of 3 years experience in similar positions

Give attention to details and accuracy

Excellent knowledge of office software

Knowledge of Navision will be an advantage
