Accounts Officer

We are looking for an Accounts Officer for one of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Debtors: Processing invoices, receipts, reconciliations.
• Creditors: Processing invoices, payments, reconciliations.
• Cash Book: Bank reconciliations, petty Cash.
• General Ledger: Processing and postings.
• Fixed Assets: Processing of depreciation
• Stock: Control & entries, help with stock-taking procedures

Qualification:

• ACCA Level 1
• QuickBooks accounting system would be an advantage
• Good Excel skills
• Experience in various administration tasks would be an advantage

• Good communication skills in both French and English
• Living in the vicinities of Port-Louis or the North region
