Job description
• Preparing and booking of invoices and expenses
• Filing of invoices / bank statements
• Invoice approvals & follow up
• Entering payments to Suppliers on our online banking system
• Assisting in the monthly stock validation process
• Assisting in the quarterly closure of the group
• Preparation of rent data for the group
• Preparation and posting of the fuel and lubricants data for the group
• Bank reconciliations
• Reviewing of Debtors/creditors & general ledger accounts
• Preparation of audit reconciliation file
• Monthly analytical bookings and review
• Preparing financial statement and liaising with auditors where needed and assisting on audit and tax queries (if any)
• Any other cognate duties as assigned by the management
Candidate profile:
• ACCA Level 1 or Degree Holder with at least two years’ experience (preferable in an accounting or audit firm)
