MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Prepare the monthly management accounts and quarterly reports of the subsidiaries.
Prepare bank transfers and payments.
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and audit schedules.

- Provide timely and relevant reports to meet statutory requirements.
- Liaise with the management companies, auditors and authorities.
- Performing any other cognate duties assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in finance or at least an ACCA Level 2.
- Have at least 2 years relevant working experience.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication coupled with outstanding analytical skills.
- Well versed in Excel/Word.
- Knowledge of Pastel would be a definite advantage.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and initiative driven.
- Previous work experience in offshore sector would be an advantage.
