Solana Beach is looking for a competent, committed, passionate, and enthusiastic candidates for the post of Accounts Clerk

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • ·Responsible for monitoring of Purchases and payment to Suppliers.
  •  ·Coding of invoices.
  •  ·Verification of prices with price list.
  •  ·Reconciliation of suppliers accounts with suppliers Statements.
  •  ·Agrees invoices with Purchase Orders.
  •  ·Ensure prompt payment to suppliers on a monthly basis.
  •  ·Attending all queries from suppliers relating to payment and invoices.
  •  ·Responsible for agreeing Creditors Ledger with General Ledger and sub-Ledger Account.
  •  ·Filing of payment Vouchers, Invoices and statement of Accounts.
  •  Input of invoices Postings from Store system to Accounting System &check for any discrepancies before updating.
  •  Responsible for preparation and processing of cheque payments 
  • Follow up of debtors 
  • Verification of debtors invoice with Tour operator's contract
  • Ensure that payment terms are respected
  • Helping in stores inventory
  • To do banking andd bank statement reconciliation
  • To control Cash receipt and Petty cash

Profile:

  • Minimum HSC with Accounts
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the hotel industry
  • ACCA certificate will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office and hospitality software
  • Knowledge in Accounting procedures and general administrative tasks
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
