Accounts clerk
Job Purpose
Provide support for the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Efficiently process and manage supplier invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Coordinate and prepare monthly payments to maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Proactively engage with debtors to ensure timely collection and maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Handle the processing of invoices, receipts, and credit notes with precision and care.
- Send customer statements and address inquiries while diligently following up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Provide support in various administrative duties related to Finance
- Efficiently process and manage supplier invoices
Job Requirements
- HSC, and ACCA Level 1 or a Diploma in Accounting and Finance
- At least 1 year of experience as Account Payable or General Accounting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, word)
- Fluent in french and english
