RHT Holding Ltd is currently on the lookout for Account Clerk(s) to join its Finance Team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance department.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
  • Provide assistance and support to the team members.
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.
  • Constantly update job knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum HSC
  • At least 2 years of experience in respective field.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. (Excel, Word, etc).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Dynamic with good organizational skills.
  • Working hours from 08h00 to 17h00 weekdays.
  • Monthly salary + travelling.
