Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, operating in the tourism sector, is looking for an Accounts & Administrative Officer.

 

Our client, operating in the tourism sector, is looking for an Accounts & Administrative Officer. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the accounting team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping and creditors/debtors processing
  • Assist in preparation monthly management accounts
  • Assist in audit deliverables
  • Assist in preparation of annual budget
  • Ensure compliance requirement are met (VAT returns etc.)
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Fixed Asset register maintenance
  • Act as a Personal Assistant to the Manager 

Qualifications:

  • HSC with Accounting
  • ACCA level 1 will be an advantage
  • Excel knowledge
  • SAGE / Pastel as accounting system

Candidate Profile:

  • Well organised with sound analytical and accounting skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Ability to work under pressure and unusual hours
  • Good communications skills and attention to detail
  • Punctual
  • Deadline driven
