ACCOUNTS & ADMIN CLERK

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders and attend to their request/query regarding the financial aspect
• Process invoices, statement of accounts and payment advice
• Keep track of daily expenses and manage petty cash
• Maintain files of bills and invoices
• Do regular reporting to the Finance Department
• Prepare and submit reports as requested by Management
• Assist the HR Department with the attendance and leaves management
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders when required
• Organize a filing and archiving system for important and confidential company documents
• Receive and distribute correspondences accordingly (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
• Organise schedule of work of the driver and messenger
• Manage office assets and liaise with maintenance team for any repair and maintenance
• Ensure good housekeeping of the office space
• Perform these and other cognate duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Candidates residing in the South region will be given priority
• Proven work experience as an Accounts & Admin Clerk
• Excellent knowledge of accounting procedures
• Sound knowledge of MS Office tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Clean Driving Licence
• Clear Certificate of Character is a must
