Accountants

NJC ASSOCIATES is a fast expanding accounting firm affiliated with IECNET, a global network of independent professional firms of accountants, auditors and tax consultants. We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team as Accountants for our accounting clients.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial data are recorded in Quickbook for all clients
• Perform reconciliation for all banks, suppliers and customers on a monthly basis
• Prepare management account for the clients on a monthly basis
• Manage all MRA returns including PAYE, CSG/NSF, VAT on a monthly basis
• Assist with end of month accounting procedures 
• Prepare payshlips for all employees for the clients
• Manage the corporate tax return on a yearly basis for all client
• Perform statutory filing of the financial statements on CBRIS
• Assist in the company secretarial matters on an adhoc basis

Candidates Profile:

• Minimum of ACCA Level 1 
• Fluency in both English & French
• Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
• Knowledge of Quickbook is required
• Experience in a similar role for more than 2 years is required
