World Knits Limited is looking for an Accessories Purchasing Manager for its Head Office, at Vuillemin, Quartier-Militaire.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities of accessories
- Lead central procurement projects and accessories information systems improvement
- Ensure timely ordering and delivery of accessories for orders
- Update order progress and coordinate with suppliers, shipping and factory
- Ensure supplier selection and purchase orders are raised as per procedure
- Manage bulk ordering and buffer stocks
- Establish service level agreements with suppliers and monitor performance
- Troubleshoot and negotiate on quality, delivery and cost
Profile required:
The ideal candidate should:
- Have at least 7 years of experience in a related field
- Have strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Have ease of communication and organisation
