The successful candidate’s primary responsibility will be to scan and organize merchant application packs and assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks that ensure smooth processing and onboarding of merchant accounts.
- Scan and digitize physical merchant application documents with attention to quality and legibility.
- Ensure scanned documents are properly named, organized, and saved in the designated folders or systems.
- Verify that all required documents are included before submission or storage.
- Assist the back office team in reviewing application completeness (checklists, ID verification, signatures, etc.).
- Support document archiving, filing, and retrieval upon request.
- Perform basic data entry or update merchant records in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for any missing or unclear application components.
- Provide general administrative support to the merchant back office team.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive merchant data with care.
- To be customer centric in all interactions and approach.
- Be a Team Player and assisting all other members of staff though healthy interactions.
- Promoting a positive attitude within the team.
- Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the acquiring team to ensure continuity of work.
