Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing job adverts.
- Reviewing application forms.
- Shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting the right candidates to fill vacant positions.
- Time and attendance Management.
- Create and maintain accurate employee records.
- Provide support and assistance to employees to understand policies & procedures.
- Handling and resolving employee grievances to maintain good employee relations across the company.
- Handling disciplinary concerns in accordance with labour laws.
- Developing or setting up of new company policies as and when the need arises.
- Carrying out Employee Counselling Sessions with staffs whenever the need arises.
- Provide initiatives and ideas to improve staff welfare and nurture a positive environment.
- Promote engagement and strategies to ensure low turnover.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by management to support HR and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resource Management or any other relevant field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an HR generalist.
- Knowledge and experience of Local Labour Laws are a must.
- High proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- High Level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Flexible to work night shifts.
