LOOKING FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER – TEAM LEADER
Duties:
- Understand all administrative work and procedures and monitor same
- Ensure smooth running of each and every position of the administration department
- Ability to do control and reconciliation
- Basic Knowledge of accounting
- Ability to perform returns, documentation and queries with regards to customs and other authorities
- Monitor and supervise a team, apply targets as required and be a team leader
- Maintain general ledgers
- Maintain and monitor social media
- Carried out meetings with sales representatives
- Perform meetings with team and relevant department and ensure deadlines are met
- Organize distribution department
- Report to management
- Such generic administrative work as shall be explained
Requirements:
- Good understanding of word and excel
- Minimum BA or BSC holder
- Residing in vicinity of Vacoas
- Previous experience in administration more than 5 years
- Knowledge of ERP/ Quick books ( an advantage)
- Dynamic, polyvalent, pro active
- Disciplined and honest
- Ability to grow within the company and take responsibilities
- Clean driving licence (an advantage)
