Assist the Supervisor in the daily processing of Sales invoices and perform administrative tasks related to the clearing of imported goods at the port.
JOB DUTIES:
- Process Sales, Invoices and Receipts and Payments for customers on system.
- Update stock on system on a daily basis.
- Send daily cash and credits balances to Accounts department on the next day of business.
- Proceed with delivery of products as and when required.
- Update containers arrival on Excel sheet for logistics purposes.
- Prepare costing sheet for relevant Regulatory bodies.
- Proceed with the relevant documentation and payment to shipping agent and shipping line under the instruction of the Supervisor.
- Proceed with banking as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- HSC Holder
- Well versed with MS Office and Outlook
- Fast typing skills
- Attention to details
- Strong math skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar field
- Team player
