Duities & Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage calendars.
- Maintain the general filing system and organize all correspondence.
- Actively contribute to delivering excellent service to team members and visitors.
- Handle procurement and stock management of stationery, materials, and other essential supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference calls.
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher School Certificate
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
