One of our client is looking for an Accounts officer who will support the Finance team on their day to day activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Input invoices on QuickBooks
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers
- Perform day-to-day account receivable and payable transactions
- Bank Reconciliation
- Reconcile bank statements with financial records and posted monthly
- Budget Management
- Assist in budget planning and preparation
- Tax Compliance and Reporting
- Assist in preparing and filling of monthly returns of TDS, VAT and other statutory returns
Qualifications and Experience:
- Accounting at HSC level.
- At least 1 year experience in an Accounting role.
- Knowledge in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
