One of our client is looking for an Accounts officer who will support the Finance team on their day to day activities.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:			

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Input invoices on QuickBooks    
  • Ensure timely payments to suppliers   
  • Perform day-to-day account receivable and payable transactions
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Reconcile bank statements with financial records and posted monthly  
  • Budget Management
  • Assist in budget planning and preparation   
  • Tax Compliance and Reporting
  • Assist in preparing and filling of monthly returns of TDS, VAT and other statutory returns  

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Accounting at HSC level.
  • At least 1 year experience in an Accounting role.
  • Knowledge in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
