ACCOUNTANT

Bookkeeping, Reporting ,Finance and administration of related entities of BIA Group

Responsibilities

• Accounting Process
• Assist in roll outs - testing of SAP FICO and other submodules
• Assist in Identifying and setting up of accounting processes and procedures for bookkeeping with related entities
• Implement, control and follow up accounts and reports
• Bookkeeping
• Daily bookkeeping of responsible entities as per defined accounting standards
• Accuracy of monthly provisions for month end closure
• Timely closure of accounts
• Reporting and Budgets
• Preparation for financial report and group reporting pack
• Perform accounting reconciliation (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually)
• Prepare consolidated financial report
• Tax Accounting
• Ensure proper tax accounting according to local tax policies of related entities
• Provide timely Tax reports and schedules to support monthly tax declaration Syclo - Work Manager
• Configuration and development Syclo work Manager
• Maintenance (corrective and change requests) of Syclo Work Manager
• Statutory, Group and Tax audits
• Prepare accounting schedules and financial statements for audit
• Provide assistance to respond to queries for statutory, group and tax audits
• Support
• Train related entities on IFRS rules
• Perform Administrative tasks (Resolutions, Loan execution, bank instructions)
• Petty cash management
• Prepare monthly/weekly cash flow and explain variances

Experience and Education

• Partly qualified Accountant
• At least 3 years proven working experience
• Proficient user of MS office tools
• Good knowledge of accounting software
• Preferred SAP ERP knowledge
• Advanced accounting understanding and skills
• Autonomous and capable of working in a team.
• Analytical mind-set and result driven.
• Being able to have an helicopter view while going into details on specific items
