Our client, an International supplier within the Hospitality sector, is looking for a Sales Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall operations in Mauritius.

Main responsibilities:

• Overall sales and marketing operations of the Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (Mauritius)
• Daily operational tasks from introductions, follow ups and ongoing service request from clients 
• Meeting key decision operational makers in hotels for rooms and food and beverage departments
• Introduction and presentation for clients and their team
• Liaison with head office, brand and end consumer 
• Responsible for overall sales strategy and monthly operational targets 
• Sending list of requirements to the back end office for generation of quotes and also co-ordination of additional sample request
• Daily follow ups with existing clients and new clients
• New project hotel sales presentation and introduction of our brands 
• Co-ordination of logistics and delivery of consignments 
• Sales Job that requires weekly travel and visits to the hotels and hotel's corporate office (driving is a requirement) 
• CRM: Client Relationship Management 
• Business Development for new projects, hotel upgrades and renovations

Qualification:

• Diploma (HSC/BAC +2)
• At least 3 years of experience as Sales Executives in the Hospitality sector would be an advantage.

Candidate profile:

• Owner of a valid driving licence;
• Outgoing and pleasant;
• Good communication skills, both oral and written (English and French);
• Pro-active and motivated;
