We are now hiring a compliance administrator.
**Reporting to the PMO**
Responsibilities:
- Perform research on a variety of available on-line tools (Compliance Catalyst, WorldCheck, Internet, legal databases, …) and analysis for the different due diligence required under Orange Business Services Compliance and Fraud policies
- Organize and create structured presentation of the data collected by research and of the findings following analysis of such data;
- Design and manage the retention of all due diligence information
- Record and report on all Compliance trainings taken by Orange Business Service staff and contractors as applicable
- Perform and report on expenses spot checks and third parties representatives approval
- Follow-up the status of requests on ACT and generate reports as requested
- Support Deputy CCO on coordination with Sourcing or other requestors on approved TPR management
- Support Compliance PMO with the preparation of mandatory and non-mandatory Compliance reports
- Support Compliance PMO on management and support development/evolution of Compliance tools (ACT, TRACT, Worldcheck, IddFix, …)
- Perform other actions in support of the annual compliance plan as agreed with the PMO
Skills/Experience required
- Bachelor, preferably in legal or financial branch
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a law firm (paralegal), financial institution (bank, …) or international company subject to Compliance requirements
- Knowledge of data protection, anti-corruption, economic sanctions is a plus
- Advanced expertise in computer skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and French
