RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control access at the gate: Thorough screening of accesses, records to be kept in Visitor’s book for visitors, in the vehicle register book and in computer for all INS/OUTS.
• Issue of access pass and vehicles search to be carried out for incoming, and outgoing vehicles. (Visitors, Suppliers, Contractor, Tennant & Staff)
• Ensure Entry and Exit Barriers are closed at all times.
• Effect general check all around the compound morning & evening at change of shift during taking/handing over charge of duties and prepare routine standardized reports.
• Maintain the gate post clean and tidy.
• Control and monitor key supplying to staffs at the main gate through key book.
• Monitor of C.C.T.V and prepares routine, standardized reports.
• Prevent unauthorized person/s, vehicle/s from having access to the compound and from loitering or unauthorized vehicle to park at the gate.
• Question unknown person/s, vehicle/s entering the compound on the purpose of their visit.
• Report any damage or malfunctioning of equipment’s, breach of wall’s fence or any other structures of the site to the Site Security Supervisor for necessary action to be taken.
• Direct visitors and suppliers to the reception of the respective offices even as, brief them for internal code of conduct before going on.
• Respond to emergency request received by phone or by any other means of communication.
• Inform Site Security Supervisor of all abnormalities and hazards occurred on site either by day or night.
• Post should not be left unattended without being properly relieved.
• Take prompt action in case of emergencies, such as fire, accident, fighting, disturbance and theft, contacts emergency responders, such as police, fire and/or ambulance personnel as required
• Monitor parking and access to restricted areas.
