Technician Sales Executive - (1807-TSE)

The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for the sales of all the company's workshop engineering products and services. He will also be responsible for customers/prospects needs analysis, preparing quotations, liaising with suppliers etc.

 

Responsibilities:

. Identify, develop and evaluate a sales strategy

. Understand clients' needs on fast-track engineering (repair/workshop related) jobs

. Identify new revenue-generation opportunities that enhance and promote the company business

. Establish and maintain sales budget

. Carry out quarterly review of sales progress regarding customers and programs and report to Sales Manager

. Conduct regular customer visits to build long-term relationships

. Introduce new programs and service concepts to customers

. Advise clients on best welding procedure schedule

. Ensure timely preparation of quotations for clients' jobs with necessary follow up on requirements, payments and resolution of queries

. Ensure delivery of jobs within time frame and as per quality requirements

. Provide after sales follow up to ensure client's satisfaction

. Monitor customer accounts

 

Profile:

Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field / on a job training in workshop or on site / Diploma in Sales.

At least 5 years' experience in a similar position.

Proficient presentation and communication skills.

Technical and process knowledge in related industries/areas.

Ability to build relationship.

Selling skills.

Ability to handle pressure.

Good English language skills
