Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Maintains a recruitment program. Organise on boarding and induction session.
- Timely follow up of Occupation permit of expatriate employees.
- Follow up and administer resignations.
- Manage all the HR related administrative activities, update of staff database.
- Accurate and timely administering and processing of payroll and related records.
- Coordinate, update and reconcile medical insurance scheme.
- Maintains Leave management system and records.
- Maintains management guidelines and assists in preparing, updating, recommending and promoting human resource policies, processes, procedures, employee handbook and code of conduct.
- Preparation of HR reports and dashboard.
- Participate in implementation and maintenance of HR tools and systems.
- Support operations and assists in daily queries from staff and management.
