DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape dough for cookies, pies and fancy pastries.
- Decorate cakes and pastries.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards should follow food preparation checklists.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and store food before use.
- Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area; set-up and break-down work station.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- A minimum of 2 years working experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
