1. Managing recruitment and selection activities

3. Overall knowledge of the Human Resource Policies
4. Managing the performance appraisal system
5. Any other HR-related duties
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION
1. A degree in human resource management is compulsory
2. One or more years in similar position
3. Candidate should be IT Literate
