An ideal role for a Quantity Surveyor seeking a role with an established, PQS/Consultancy. Working alongside Chartered Quantity Surveyors, you will assist on a variety of residential, infrastructural, and commercial projects.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

• Minimum Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Related Degree with 3-4 years’ experience or Diploma in Quantity Surveying with minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Sufficient A-Level results and Terms/Degree Results
• Good IT literacy
• High levels of numeracy and literacy
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Capable of working to strict targets and timescales
• Capable of communicating effectively and efficiently with design teams and colleagues
• Must have core knowledge on Measurement with drawings using Take off sheets or Software
