• Writing technical specifications • Analysis, Design, Development and Testing

• Lead a team and be responsible for the planning and distribution of tasks within his/her team depending on projects
• Unit test, Integration test and Stress testing of reports
• Propose Technical requirement base of PHP
• Setup and maintain documentation and ensure quality standards norms
• Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required
• Perform general technical trouble shooting and give consultation to development teams
• Resolves problems quickly and effectively (Same issue should not occur again)
• Pushes self and others to add value by meeting expectations and completing deliverables regardless of obstacles
• Identifies and organizes key issues in complex or ambiguous problems
• Encourages collaboration and addresses issues that impact performance of team members
• Be responsible of the status reporting for his/her team to the reporting line
• Participates in identifying and developing business opportunities at existing/new clients
• Work on project implementation proposal
