A well established catering business is looking for a Waiter / Waitress to join its F&B Team.

Main Duties:

Reporting to the F&B Supervisor, the job incumbent shall primarity be responsible to:

• provide good customer service to promote customer fidelity in retail business
• coorperate with all employees in the Kitchen and F&B departments
• handle cash transactions with customers
• arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• resolve customer complaints

Qualifications & Experience:

• NTC Level 3 in Food Production
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service as waiter / waitress or order-taker

• At ease with cashieirng system
• Good customer skills
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
