Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for Administrative Assistant (health department - 6 months contract).

 

Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for Administrative Assistant (health department - 6 months contract).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Man responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties;
  • Assist in cheque and credit advices printing;
  • Sorting and distribution;
  • Input, verify and review data on the IT system;
  • Provide assistance to the Claims and Underwriting section;
  • Liaise with the Accounts Department;
  • Liaise with clinics, agents, brokers.

Qualification:

  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year’s working experience.

Candidate profile:

  • Be proactive, dynamic and result oriented;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written);
  • Be able to handle pressure to deliver against tight deadlines;
  • Be a team player;
  • Have an outgoing personality with good communications skills.
